For those interested in a Whole Grain-Finished Beef, we offer two different options:
- Order two 1/2 Beef Boxes from our website (most people prefer).
- Purchase a whole steer, based on hanging weight, and get it custom cut at the processor (processing is paid directly to the processor in this case).
