Our Half Beef is our most popular for families and will keep a family of four fed for 8-12 months. This will be the only beef purchase you need to make all year! Can you imagine? Not having to go to the store to buy beef ever?!
In this package you will get every cut of beef there is, giving you a variety of options at your fingertips to help keep dinner new and exciting!
Current pricing is $4.15/lb hanging weight. A half a steer is between 400 and 500 lbs total. Processing is paid separately to the butcher shop at time of pickup.
