Our Quarter Beef is a standard cut side of beef, using our very own favorite cutting instructions. This 21 day Dry Aged Beef is free from antibiotics and growth hormones, a natural beef that makes such a delicious meal every time.
1/4th Beef Box Includes:
- 50 lbs. Ground Beef
- 35 lbs. Roast (combination of Chuck, Arm, Rolled Rump, Cross Rib, and SirloinTip)
- 4 lbs. Rib Steak
- 4 lbs. T-Bone Steak
- 2.5 lbs. Sirloin Steak
- 5 lbs. Porterhouse Steak
- 1 lb. Chuckeye Steak
- 1 Pkg. (8 ct) Beef Weiners
