Our Quarter Beef is a standard cut side of beef using our very own favorite cutting instructions. This 21 day Dry Aged Beef is free from antibiotics and growth hormones, a natural beef that makes such a delicious meal every time.
1/4th Beef Box Includes:
- 45 lbs. Ground Beef
- 24 lbs. Roast (combination of Arm, Sirloin Tip, Chuck, Cross Rib, and Rolled Rump)
- 4 lbs. Ribeye Steak
- 4 lbs. New York Strip
- 2 lbs. Tenderloin Steak
- 4 lbs. Sirloin Steak
- 1 lb. Chuck Eye Steak
