Regenerative, sustainable farming is practiced at this farm. We breed and raise the majority of our animals on the farm to ensure proper genetics and care. In our operation, we do not use chemical fertilizers, hormones, pesticides, or herbicides.

The diverse perennial pastures on which we raise our animals are part of our intensive grazing management practices. 

Every day, animals are moved to new pasture to avoid overgrazing and reduce parasites in their gastrointestinal tracts. This promotes healthier animals, better weight gains, and increased grass growth. Animals are harvested based on their body condition rather than age to produce dependably tasty beef.

Our beef is grass-finished and is raised utilizing a consistently superior approach that has been scientifically validated. This not only benefits the land we graze but also yields meat that is nutrient-rich for our kids, our neighborhood, and future generations. We prioritize giving our animals a high-quality finish.
